The Levitation Spell (Levioso) was an archaic levitation spell used to make the target float. It originated in ancient England and is used to this day, although the Levitation Charm, invented by Jarleth Hobart a couple centuries after this spell, is more prominently used.
Behind the scenesEdit
- It is wise when eating at a levitated table (as many beginners do) to also levitate one's chair.
- It is unknown how this differs from the Hover and Locomotion Charms, although it is evidently different from the Levitation Charm, which enables horizontal movement of the target as opposed to simply vertical.
