Slytherin[2]

"This we may state with certainty: Any wizard who shows fondness for the society of Muggles is of low intelligence, with magic so feeble and pitiful that he can only feel himself superior if surrounded by Muggle pig-men. Nothing is a surer sign of weak magic than a weakness for non-magical company."
—Malfoy in Warlock at War[src]

Brutus Malfoy[1] (fl. 1600s[1]) was a British pure-blood wizard[2] and the editor of Warlock at War, an anti-Muggle periodical[1].

He was the descendant of Armand, Nicolas and Lucius Malfoy, and the ancestor of Septimus, Abraxas, Lucius II, Draco and Scorpius. He was held in high disdain by Albus Dumbledore for his stiff disapproval of Muggles and Muggle-born witches and wizards, a dislike that carried by Dumbledore to Lucius Malfoy II, one of Brutus's descendants[1].

Personality and traitsEdit

Brutus was a very serious, cold, cynical person with no respect whatsoever for Muggle-born witches and wizards, calling them such names as "Dunglicker", "Mudwallower" and "Scumsucker"[1].
